Basically, her horoscope points clearly to disliking the religious elements she experienced in childhood. This, combined with Leo, signals a willingness to announce her disdain to the world. Doing so with her stage name also fits astrologically, as she has a powerful and positive relationship with the two most negative points in a horoscope, the South Node and Saturn.

Saturn and the South Node working positively with her core nature (the Sun) indicate a great capacity to be tough, disciplined and a willingness to strip away anything she perceives as not relevant. Princess Diana had the perfect aspect for delivering compassion. The connection between her Sun (core nature) and Neptune (compassion and service) was the strongest in her horoscope.

It suggests a person that would have felt the ideals of motherhood and aspired to be that person. However these two points in her horoscope also connect with Chiron (the planet which is emerging as the ruler of relationships). It spells an idealized view of what a relationship can be.
